2. The Service

JoyWeather generates weather-themed art based on real-time weather conditions and user-selected art styles. The Service is provided "as is" and weather data is sourced from third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy of weather information displayed.

3. Accounts

You may need to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Premium features are available via a paid subscription. Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings.

5. Intellectual property

All content, design, and code of the Service are owned by Liberateweb Ltd. Weather art generated for you through the Service is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may share generated art on social media with attribution to JoyWeather.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the Service
• Resell or redistribute generated art for commercial purposes
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free-tier limits

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liberateweb Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms
